Steven Hankin,
Special intrest in Shoulders

Steve has gained extensive experience in preventative and rehabilitative physiotherapy through roles across both the NHS and private practice where he has treated a wide range of musculoskeletal complaints.

He has specific expertise in the rehabilitation of patients following orthopaedic procedures and has close professional links with the South West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre (SWLEOC), one of the UK’s leading centres of excellence for orthopaedic surgery.

He is an expert in the field of sports physiotherapy, undertaking further professional training to support key roles working in high level organisations that include Brentford and Fulham football clubs. He has treated a mix of high-achieving tennis players, athletes and professional boxers, giving him an enviable across-the-board understanding of the demands of sport, from the recreational to the elite level.

Steve is a passionate physiotherapist with excellent skills in the management, treatment and rehabilitation of all-musculoskeletal and sports injuries, with particular expertise and experience in the management of adolescent sports injuries.

Steve is furthering his qualifications by specialising his skills and experience in Shoulders. He has recently become part of EUSSER.

Away from work, you will find Steve on the golf course and he has previously competed in football, cricket and Thai boxing.
