Iona attained her Masters of Osteopathy degree from Swansea University and has gained experience treating a range of musculoskeletal aches and pains across both private and NHS clinics. She combines both cranial and structural Osteopathic techniques to suit her patients individual goals.
She uses ‘hands-on’ manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilisations, soft tissue massage, pain management techniques and a personalised exercise plan to relieve aches and create long-lasting changes.
"I truly believe that if I can work along side my patients to identify and understand the source of their pain. It will allow me to devise a specialised and targeted treatment plan, to help not only with their symptoms, but the source of their pain. During this I will try my upmost to empower them to realise their physical potential".
