Louise McArdle,
Special interest in Knee and Lower limb injuries

Louise completed an undergraduate degree in Athletic Therapy and Training at Dublin City University, during which she undertook five months working in the USA treating athletes in a variety of elite sports teams. She then went on to complete an MSc in Physiotherapy from St. Georges University of London.

Louise has a special interest in lower limb injuries in particular knee injuries and rehabilitation, including acute and long term injures. She has treated over 120 post-surgical cases, taking patients through the initial stages of their operation to end stage movement getting the patient back to their desired sport or function.

Louise has made a conscious effort to observe a variety of knee operations from a range of London’s top Orthopaedic surgeons, to gain valuable knowledge when treating her patients. She uses a manual approach to improve tissue function and restrictions alongside a functional rehabilitation programme specific to the individual to achieve the best outcomes for her patients.

In her spare time, Louise likes to go to the gym and is also a keen runner.
